Pat Fore III and Chris Fore are a father-and-son leadership team dedicated to innovation, quality, and community service across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Pat Fore is a respected entrepreneur, inventor, and industry pioneer who founded Design Precast & Pipe, Inc. and transformed it into a regional leader in precast concrete drainage structures, reinforced concrete products, and arch pipe systems. Building on decades of success, Pat launched PF3 Global Ready Mix in 2024 to provide dependable, high-quality ready-mix concrete to contractors, builders, and developers throughout the Gulf Coast.
Pat is also an accomplished inventor, holding patents for innovative products including the Lifting Eye and coastal shoreline protection systems used to help restore marshlands after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. His commitment to community is reflected in years of support for youth sports, charitable organizations, and scholarships honoring his late son, Landry.
Chris Fore serves as Vice President and represents the next generation of leadership. Working alongside his father, Chris helps oversee operations and strategic growth while maintaining the company’s commitment to reliability, customer service, and product excellence. With a strong understanding of the construction industry and a hands-on approach, Chris plays a key role in expanding the company’s ready-mix and precast divisions.
Together, Pat and Chris combine decades of experience with forward-thinking leadership to deliver innovative concrete solutions and build lasting relationships with customers, employees, and communities throughout Mississippi, Louisiana, and the Gulf South.
